Participant Roles & Authority
Alliances, in their founding stages, are typically created by a single freelance participant. This participant then becomes the Alliance Executor and, as proprietor, has absolute command over everything under the alliance's flag. From here the executor is able to assign roles and promote other participants within the alliance to assist in the complex management of its collective assets
Executor
Xercodo
The alliance executor is the sole proprietor of the collective and has absolute power over it. All spacecraft and infrastructure owned by the alliance (excluding individual assets), as well as inter-allied relations and diplomacy, can be managed by this individual if necessary but is often wisely delegated to other trustworthy individuals within the alliance. The executor is the sole commander of the alliance's administrative assets (M1+ Command Ship & Stationary Command Center) when active.
Alliance Admiral
Mokonzi
Alliance admiralty is a position within the alliance that can be both appointed by the executor or elected through the consent of other affiliated participants. While absolute command is still the responsibility of the executor, alliance admirals have nearly as much field and political power and can make similar decisions on the alliance's behalf. When the executor is not present, and also at their personal request, alliance admirals may take acting charge of the collective and manage its relations with other alliances as well as its administrative assets.

The flotilla commander is a position appointed by the alliance executor or admiralty to manage a flotilla of warships in space. This is is a highly specialized role, as flotilla commanders have very narrow administrative capability and are limited to governing their own allocated assets in space, but offer enormous coordination and proficiency advantages to all influenced spacecraft.
Mining Foreman
The mining foreman is a position appointed by the alliance executor or admiralty to manage some or all of the alliance's heavy industry in a given area. This is a highly specialized role, as mining foremen have very narrow administrative capability and are limited to governing their own allocated assets in space, but offer enormous productivity and efficiency advantages to all influenced spacecraft.
